Checking a round, step by step

The studio’s provably fair page sets the method out in four stages:

1. Result first. Before any bet, the system works out the outcome and pairs it with a random secret string.
2. Hash on screen. That pairing goes through SHA-256. You see the hash only, never the outcome behind it.
3. Seed added. You either choose a client seed or take the auto-generated one, and it is applied to the outcome.
4. Proof afterwards. Once the round ends, the outcome, the secret and the hash are all revealed. Feed the outcome and secret into any SHA-256 tool and the result should equal the hash displayed before you bet.

Be clear on the limits. The check leaves odds and RTP exactly where they were. What it proves is narrower: nobody altered the result after your stake went in. The studio calls itself "the first major iGaming provider" to offer this. Treat that as BGaming’s own description, which is how we present it.

Registration, licence and labs

According to its about page, the company dates from 2012, while the BGaming brand was formally launched in 2018. Its headquarters are in Malta, and its development teams work from Poland and Georgia.

Regulation: a Malta Gaming Authority B2B Critical Gaming Supply Licence, number MGA/B2B/785/2020, granted on 18 March 2021. Testing: BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs are both listed. Further approvals are tied to regulators in Cyprus, Spain and Romania.

Catalogue size: the studio puts its library above 250 games, spanning video slots, video poker, lottery, card, scratch, crash and casual releases. On the demo network that feeds SlotSpecs, the count is 259.

Games that finish in seconds

The fast-format games are what give BGaming its character. Aviamasters arrived in July 2024 and reworked the crash idea: iGaming Business reports that the aim is a safe landing for a plane, not simply getting out before a crash. BGaming states the game took Best Casino Game in 2025. A follow-up, Aviamasters 2, lifted the top multiplier from x250 to x1,000.

This is a reworking of the older Fishing Club, now in first person on an iced-over lake. Reels are gone. You select a hookbait, drop a line through the ice, and any fish that takes it comes with a multiplier attached. The studio quotes a hit rate of 5.4, so the typical cast comes back empty. What 97.16% and Medium-low really mean

Start with the return. At 97.16%, Winter Fishing Club sits above the 96% or so that many slots settle on.

Then the apparent contradiction. A Medium-low volatility label paired with a low hit rate looks odd at first. The explanation is the ceiling: wins arrive rarely, but multipliers stop at 3,000x instead of climbing into five figures, which keeps the swings tighter than a high-volatility slot would produce.

One gap in the data: we have not located any lower-RTP build of this game from BGaming, nor any studio-wide policy on RTP variants. For that reason we draw no broader conclusions about them.

Best-fit players

Pick BGaming if you like rounds that resolve fast, rules you can absorb in a glance, and the ability to audit an outcome yourself. Newcomers to crash or instant formats will find these an easy starting point. If long, cinematic feature sequences are what you are after, Light & Wonder or Pragmatic Play are better matches.
